Diabetes Prevention

There are many ways to begin diabetes prevention at home, to stop, slow down and possibly reverse this disease and the conditions related to this disease. Some of these have there own special place on this site already such as eating a healthy balanced diet and natural supplements to fill in the nutritional gaps.

The ways to prevention include the ones already mentioned and the comprehensive look in this section about exercising and balancing your body’s ph levels to keep your body healthy.

Some people may question if it is possible to prevent diabetes or are they just prone to get it. Diabetes, especially type 2, is not something that one day you just end up with, it develops slowly over time from a person’s lifestyle and some not so healthy habits.

Exercise:

- Tips for beginning an exercise routine

- The health benefits of keeping up an exercise routine

- Exercise options to keep if fun and exciting

pH Balance:

- How pH balancing works in the body and why it’s so important

- pH levels for saliva and urine and what causes an imbalance

- List of foods and their effects on pH in the body

As a personal 90 day challenge, I encourage you to get up and get moving by exercising for 30 minutes 4 times a week and learn to enjoy the natural, whole foods instead of the processed foods and drinks. Try this for at least 90 days and discover the improvements to your health and how good you really can feel.
