PH Balance Diet


A pH balance diet full of whole, natural foods is a great way to improve and maintain your body and keep it running smoothly.


As a general rule of thumb, a person should eat 65-75 percent alkalizing foods and 25-35 percent acidifying foods to maintain the proper balance in the body.
